Hello and welcome to our new school website.

Fir Tree Junior School became Fir Tree Primary School in September 2026 as it went from only having children in Years 3-6 (ages 7-11) to having those from Reception to Year two too (ages 4-7).

The school boasts-highly experienced teachers who have a real love of learning and impart their own curiosity to the children around them. This is also enhanced by the really large grounds and forest area within the school.

The school has two values: Kindness and Resilience. You will see these two values being showcased across the school through how people behave towards one another and their own mindsets and worldviews.

I hope you enjoy the school website. However, nothing beats coming to visit our incredible school and I have great pride in showing visitors around. Therefore, just send an email to the school office requesting a visit with the headteacher and I will happily make time for you.

Warm regards,

Mr Watt
